Payment Methods

Order Processing
Orders are processed Monday through Friday. Orders placed on weekends will be processed on the following Monday. Orders received before 1pm UK time will be shipped the next day for next day delivery.
Shipping and Delivery

European Delivery: Please allow up to 4 days for delivery across Europe.

Returns and Refunds
Test Kits: A restocking fee of £50 applies on all refunds requested within 14 days. Once the test kit has been used, it is no longer refundable. Payment will be required in full.
